At C Bride, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy before making a purchase.

  1. Order Cancellations
    Before Shipment:
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
    To request cancellation, please email calicutcousins@gmail.com or message us on Whatsapp with your order number.

After Shipment:
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. However, you may be eligible for a return (see Return Policy below).

  1. Return & Exchange Policy
    We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Products:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Return Process:

Email calicutcousins@gmail.com or message us on Whatsapp with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if defective).

Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the return pickup or drop process.

Exchange:
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or damaged/defective items. If the desired size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

  1. Refunds
    Refund Eligibility:
    Refunds are issued only after successful return inspection and approval.

Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Ineligible Returns:
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or lack original tags will not qualify for a refund.

  1. Order Issues (Wrong or Damaged Product)
    If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at calicutcousins@gmail.com or message us on Whatsapp with photos. We will arrange for a free exchange or refund, as applicable.
